Replicating the beautiful balance of our original sriracha, we use a blend of green bird’s-eye chillies (grown specifically for us) and long green chillies to create this spicy, slightly sour sauce. Inspired by the green salsas of Mexico, the refined flavour of our Green Sriracha works well when something a little more subtle is required.
